Research Manager – Bristol

As a Research Manager you will enjoy a diverse role, managing and delivering executive recruitment assignments, working closely with and supported by experienced consultants.

The research team is fundamental to the headhunting process. The role involves the comprehensive mapping out target companies and identifying the most relevant individuals, before making an initial call to engage them in the executive search process. There will be the opportunity to work on a variety of projects in a range of market sectors, exposing you to all areas of commerce and industry.

You will be involved in:
• Managing and delivering assignments alongside Senior Consultants and Directors
• Use of telephone, internet research and databases to identify the best candidates within specific markets.
• Engaging with and creating rapport with candidates to present a career opportunity.
• Assisting with client management
• Developing a deep knowledge of the industries we operate in

There is a natural progression for successful individuals to develop into a Senior Researcher or an Executive Search Consultant, which will utilise your gained skills and broaden the scope of responsibility further still.

• Comfortable working on the phone
• Ability to understand complex concepts.
• Persistent and tenacious
• Have strong business acumen
