This fast track database search division works to fulfil your recruitment needs for vacancies which do not warrant the use of retained search. Working on a success only basis it offers an effective, rapid solution, usually providing relevant candidates within 48 hours of receiving a vacancy.

The database search service complements the retained search service of Novo, offering a value added method by using the experience of its team and company database of active job seeking candidates.

To set novoelan apart from other agencies, our fast track database search service adopts Novo’s successful, executive search processes to proactively seek and source available candidates that are only relevant to each client’s individual vacancy. It does not rely on previously registered candidates that might appear to have the right credentials. During each individual assignment; clients will have exclusivity of the relevant candidates until the recruitment process is complete.
