Key Responsibilities

Reporting in to the Digital Marketing Director, this role is pivotal in developing and managing CRM programmes and email / SMS content in line with business requirements

Other Responsibilities:

Aid the Marketing Director with Defining and executing the CRM and Promotions strategy
Aid the Marketing Director with managing technology partners to assist in all appropriate consultancy and strategies
Look to continually use and improve the best creative briefing processes/briefing tools to ensure the smooth running of activities
Aid the Marketing Director with Building and developing a strong CRM programme for financial trading education and our product cross over opportunities
Aid the Marketing Director with continually generating interesting and engaging competitions/promotions and campaigns with our email acquisition partners with reasons to start education with our group.
Ensuring all new content and promotions are correctly tagged for tracking with in-house and third party analytics solutions
Work closely with the Marketing team; acting as the CRM expert, providing consultancy and ensuring content is uploaded in line with project requirements
Aid the Head of Marketing with ensuring all CRM, Promotional content/messaging are compliant with accessibility/usability guidelines and that industry standards are enforced, working with the compliance department to ensure all content adheres to strict licensing guidelines and is approved
Aid the Marketing Director with Overseeing fault resolution for assigned websites/areas – acting as point of contact between marketing and IT
Performance Targets:

Manage the broadcasting tools, email templates, AB testing/optimisation of messaging and revenue
Aid the Marketing Director with written and creative content for CRM
Aid the Marketing Director with Monetising and maintaining/growing the groups CRM programmes
Generate Promotions and monitor/report on the P&L
Client share of wallet analysis
Consistently delivering accurate CRM content in a timely manner; meeting the requests of internal stakeholders
Desired Skills and Experience: 

Manage the broadcasting tools, email templates, AB testing/optimisation of messaging and revenue
Aid the Marketing Director with written and creative content for CRM
Aid the Marketing Director with Monetising and maintaining/growing the groups CRM programmes
Generate Promotions and monitor/report on the P&L
Client share of wallet analysis

Experience of successfully working in the financial/broking/gaming sectors would be advantageous, however cross-transferable sector experience would be considered if there is good interest and engagement to this sector.
