Human Resources Director - Baltic Countries
Salary: Circa £80,000
This is a strategic HR role with full responsibility for development, implementation and leadership of HR structure, systems and processes for the Baltics. As Group HR Director you will also act as a strategic partner for the leadership team in global recruitment and will deal hands-on with restructuring initiatives across the Baltics and Russia.

The role will suit an individual who is currently operating, or has previous experience, at a senior level in a leading organisation (minimum 100 million Dollars). You will have a strong track record of delivery in a senior HR capacity and will be exceptional in influencing senior colleagues in the development of operational excellence, organisational efficiency and effectiveness. Experience of working in and the culture of the Baltics is important, as is fluency in English and Russian.
You must demonstrate strong strategic HR skills along with high levels of intellect and experience. The successful candidate will also need the character and presence to make a substantial impact in an environment that is both ambiguous yet traditional. In addition to first class intellect, the candidate must be ensure the division exploits its strengths.
