The Role

There now exists an opportunity for an individual to lead the core functions of the business which serve the company and the growing wider group.

The Head of Corporate Services will take responsibility for Procurement and Supply Chain, HR and IT functions and shape these teams to reflect the professionalisation and growth of the company.

As a member of the Leadership team the Head of Corporate Services is responsible for delivering a high-quality service which both protects, de-risks and supports growth of the business. They will be responsible for managing a combination of internal resources and outsourced services whilst balancing demands across different companies within the Group.

Essential

10 years of proven experience in corporate leadership roles with experience as part of a leadership team Experience of working in reputable organisations. Proven track record of successful team management and development.

Desirable

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Professional Procurement qualifications (e.g. CIPS or Equivalent). Demonstrated ability to lead and execute strategic initiatives.
