Peter Tucker is a founding director of Novo Executive Search, the Executive Search boutique. Peter has driven the growth of Novo since 2003 and, with his co-owners, have delivered consistently high quality assignments to a wide range of clients. His expertise and experience has ensured Novo’s ongoing success despite the challenges that have faced the UK economy including the Covid-19 pandemic.

Peter has has over 30 years of experience in executive search, having led C-suite and Board level searches for corporations across all industries, including private equity. He advises clients regularly on digital transformation, leadership, succession planning, governance, culture, and diversity and inclusion.
Whilst Peter’s experience covers a wide range of commercial businesses, he has specific niche sector expertise where he brings authority including:

- Electrification including Electric Vehicle Charging
Peter is a strong supporter of all things Bristol having graduated from the University of Bristol in 1984. He lives locally and apart from a Short Service Commission in the Royal Tank Regiment, has spent his working life in the region.
