SALES DIRECTOR – THE ROLE
The objective of the role is to provide strategic sales expertise to the Senior Leadership Team. This includes the development and implementation of a targeted and strategic sales plan, to shift the sales organisation to deliver the company’s overall 5-year business plan which is centered around transforming the revenues to a blend of contracted recurring revenue and continued income growth from both domestic and international clients.
The new Sales Director will be responsible for the full leadership of the team to shift the sales model, set and achieve ambitious sales targets, developing the team whilst also contributing via the Sales Director’s own major clients.
- Educated to degree level in business or similar degree
- Successful and proven sales leadership track record
- Demonstrable experience of growing a business of comparable size.
- Highly attuned communications and people leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a sales team, provide innovative sales and incentive methodologies.
- Strong history of successful commercial negotiation and creative, client focused problem-solving skills
- Demonstrable sales and technical skills across aspects of the company’s service offering
- Financially literate with the ability to read and interpret data, analyse trends and provide resultant insights and solutions.
