Our ‘in-house’ research capability enables us to assist clients in the identification of and initial contact with businesses that potentially match their requirements during initial phases of merger & acquisition activity.

The Research Team’s primary role is to profile target businesses, identify the ownership structure and principal contacts, and report findings to the client.

Recruitment process consulting

recruitment processes.

Market intelligence/competitor analysis

Novo’s research methodology equips our company to structure projects tailored specifically to clients’ aims in understanding their market, their place in it or perceptions of them as well as the key personnel and structures they face in other organisations.

Salary surveys

Novo conducts salary surveys on behalf of clients, often as a natural extension of market intelligence or competitor analysis projects.

A salary survey will enhance other research or may stand alone in giving Novo’s clients the leverage they seek.

Response handling

Novo can offer a fully integrated back office support function to client led advertising campaigns. In a competitive recruitment marketplace our involvement significantly improves the efficiency and therefore potential success of a recruitment project.
