Project Manager – Redevelopment Project
Salary: Salary: c.£70,000 p.a.

Project Manager A long-term interim assignment to lead the complete redevelopment of former country hotel site, plus a neighbouring farm, in to hospitality venue for children’s activity holidays in the Brecon Beacons national park. This will be the largest site in our client’s portfolio and is in a geographical location far away from its other properties and headquarters. So, our client seeks someone, on site, to co-ordinate every aspect of this sizeable redevelopment and new-build project. You will hold ultimate responsibility for the successful delivery of the completed hospitality venue. The ideal candidate will bring high levels of technical expertise and insight, gained from very relevant experience of management of similar projects. In addition, we seek someone with the personal skills and characteristics to inject focus and energy to all stakeholders. As a registered charity, our client also expects the ideal candidate to share the charitable values common across the rest of the organisation. This is an interim position expected to last the 2-3 years life cycle of the project. There may be scope for a permanent position afterwards. The site is located along the southern border of the Brecon Beacons national park, a few miles West of Methyr Tydfil.
