A security systems and building technology integrator providing design, installation and maintenance services for the commercial residential property marketplace. This company is a privately owned, innovative business which is very well respected within the industry.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the company as Director of Operations. Based in London with clients throughout the UK, this role, reporting to the managing director, is crucial for the future success of the company.

The successful candidate will have:

• Service based delivery experience
• Extensive field service management experience
• Experience of managing PnLs
• Good communication skills
• The ability to both create long term strategy and implement it

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who maybe working for a larger Facilities Management company and is looking for a clearer career path to senior management or equally maybe working for a smaller equivalent company where there is low turnover and opportunity for development.
