Construction Project Manager – Housebuilding
Salary: Circa £75,000 base salary + bonus + benefits

Our client is a successful privately owned housebuilder business in the South East – highly profitable and growing.

Requirement

Senior Construction / ‘Build’ Manager (Surrey, Berkshire & Hampshire residential sites) 

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced construction sector Build Manager for their highly successful and established business in the south east. The company would like to bring in an individual that comes from the construction marketplace who has experience of managing multiple construction projects to date. Ideally, candidates will have residential sector build experience within their career. It is imperative that candidates experience in managing multiple build projects at any one time of a notable size. 

Expertise:

• Strong commercial/numerical and construction project management expertise – Ideally experience will be in housebuilding but candidates could have a mix of residential and mixed use projects throughout their career
• Residential senior site management experience (multiple sites) is a big plus.
• Excellent time management and organisation skills
• Ideally CIOB and / or RICS membership
• The preference is for candidates to have a University academic background and credible qualification.

Remuneration

Base salary circa £75,000 + car + bonus etc. The salary is dependent upon experience and there is some flexibility.
