Salary: Package to £150,000
Our client is a specialist Professional Services company with offices in the UK and abroad. Well-established and well-funded the business is set to grow both organically and by acquisition from its current position. Specialising in Professional Services in the network engineering market, the existing blue-chip client base is primed and ready for further development.
We are looking for a sales leader to drive this growth and to share in the rewards associated with this success. Working with a range of existing clients and an established Account Management team, you will increase sales through, for example:
- Improving the scope and depth of client relationship management
- Improve forecasting and revenue generation
- Develop key accounts to a more strategic level
The successful candidate will be a proven sales director or manager and be able to demonstrate a track record in improving the financial performance of a sales team in IT Professional Services.
This is a senior role within the organisation and you will lead the sales team as well as contributing to the overall growth and development strategy. This is an exciting time as further acquisitions are anticipated that will, in turn, fuel further growth and create new career development opportunities.
