Salary: Up to £75,000

This is a new and important appointment and it will report directly to the Executive Management team. Our client continues to grow organically and by acquisition, as this growth continues, it has been recognised that the appointment of a high-calibre Marketing Manager is required.
The successful candidate must be able to take a ‘hands on’ role and lead the marketing activities in this newly established position. Reporting to the Directors and working closely with the highly skilled sales and sales management teams, this is an exciting and pivotal role in assisting with the company's ambitious ongoing growth plans.
The successful candidate will need to drive and implement the marketing strategy to grow market share, with a focus on
supporting and working in partnership with sales service proposition development for new and existing customers internal and external communications
This will include literature content, all digital marketing including company websites, social media and direct marketing/e campaigns, press releases/articles and advertising/trade shows
It is envisaged that candidates will be well educated and will likely have professional marketing qualifications. It is likely that candidates will have a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience.
Candidates will have had a proven track record of successfully working within fast moving B2B environments. Experience gained in acquisitive companies, where successful post-acquisition integration and marketing harmonization has been achieved, will be very useful.
