Business Development Director

Salary: £100,000 plus equity scheme

Recognised as one of the biggest success stories over the past five years our client is gearing itself up for flotation and further growth throughout Europe. With roots firmly established in providing in-house data management services, an award winning contact centre business and the back-up of a highly experienced team they are poised to enter the next phase of development.
Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for providing the necessary leadership and direction to significantly grow the B2B business. This will involve :

- developing a cohesive strategy to achieve sustainable growth

- developing products and services for new and existing markets

- develop the branding and positioning of the company within the sector

- providing a vision of where the business wants to be and implementing the plan of how it will get there.

This is a key opportunity with full responsibility for driving innovation and growth of the B2B Data stream and for providing the direction and leadership to double revenue. This will utilise the skills of an experienced business manager, commercial in approach and inspirational in leadership with at least ten years experience in providing cutting edge data management solutions within the B2B market, with the hunger and ambition to want to impact on this changing organisation.
