Commercial Contracts Director

Salary: to £90k + excellent package

Our client is a market leading Plc involved in the manufacturing of bio pharmaceuticals. Our client is dedicated to designing robust 'world class' processes for its international life science customers that deliver quality pre clinical and clinical products.
Our client provides manufacturing expertise to accelerate the clinical development of their customers' experimental drug candidates.

Our client has developed a number of technologies, which ultimately reduce both the cost and risk to customers' bio manufacturing programs.

There is a rapidly expanding market for these specialist services in Europe and North America and our client is well positioned to maximise these commercial opportunities.

The company's target marketplace is small to medium sized public and well established biotechnology companies, which do not posses the specialist manufacturing capacity required to develop their products.

This appointment will report directly to the CEO and is a key and influential role in the business.
The appointment will bring dynamic leadership to a newly created Contracts Management Team.

This group has been created to enhance the commercial success for our client through project leading teams to work with customers to define objectives, strategy, resources and costs as well as work scheduling. The group will represent customers and drive the fulfilment and over achievement of their requirements.

Candidates will be driven, enthusiastic and bring outstanding commercial and contract management skills in conjunction with proven success in project management and people management.

Candidates will have an opportunity to make a tremendous contribution to the success of the business. To enable this, candidates will have gained their experience within the Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical industries.
