Client Commercial Director

Salary: £60K (£100k Package)

Founded in the late 90's, our client provides consulting and BPO services to the major UK energy utility companies. Their specialisation is in recovering significant sums of billing imbalances, enhancing the balance sheets of their clients.

Due to the continued growth and success of the business, they are looking to appoint an experienced and commercially focused Major Account Director. The role will be to optimise business from existing clients by developing relationships at senior levels and maximising the profitability of both existing and new contracts.

Candidate Requirements:

A track record in selling business process solutions into utility companies is preferred. However, candidates with considerable experience of selling into Government or blue chip clients will be considered.

Proven success in selling multiple concept based solutions or BPO is far more important than one off contract.

Experience of multi million pound contracts is essential.

Personal stature and credibility to engage on a peer to peer basis with energy industry leaders on both a social and professional basis.

Demonstrable ability to define, implement and execute an account development strategy. With a deep understanding and practical experience of sophisticated large account development methodologies.

Experience of leading and mentoring virtual teams to deliver outstanding results within a commercial framework.

Experience and maturity combined with energy, passion and enthusiasm for commercial success, measured in profit terms.

Numerate and articulate with absolute integrity and strong commercial acumen.
