Customer Relationships Manager

Salary: Circa £50k+bonus+car allowance

The company seeks a seasoned, dedicated, technically orientated Customer Services professional to join the senior management and lead and develop the existing UK Customer Operations team to their full potential whilst strengthening the bonds with Clients and internal partners -

The Role
The focus of the role will be to develop stronger Client relationships through 'continuous development' of customer service standards to meet rigorous KPI's.

Manage and develop the call centre, engineering and support teams to realise their potential and make some technical input

Proactively develop closer relationships with current clients to gain competitive advantage

Provide quality support to sales, finance and admin functions and develop relations company-wide

Maintain and develop relations with certified 3rd party installers, monitoring Q&A and performance

Further develop the CRM system and its outputs to support strategy and development in customer service


The Person

Ideally Degree qualified in an electrical / automotive electrical / computing / telecoms / wireless technology or related discipline - knowledge of GPS/GSM an advantage

A substantial Customer Services track record including man and process management in a Business to Business, technical field service orientated sector - fleet / automotive is ideal.

A technical / engineering background to provide the understanding necessary to deliver in this environment

Proven track record in delivering team and service performance improvements, as well as developing strong internal relationships - providing leadership

Strong financial acumen and cost awareness to drive efficiency - sound experience in using CRM systems

Imaginative and quality focused, a 'people person' who empathises, but also gets results and buy in from others

A polished communicator with gravitas and able to inspire teams

This is a highly autonomous role with real promotion prospects and rewards
