Their client relationships are key with 90% of work through existing clients so service delivery along with their bespoke Product and Service lines is what makes them stand out. With an emphasis in maximising their reach within construction sector they are now aiming to further diversify over the coming years.
The owners have built the business to date and have a robust and profitable company which is under strong and astute management. A key part of their 3-year business plan is centred on the growth of their Construction division serving main contractors and developers. The subcontracting services would extend to the provision of trades and labour, site services and security. In order to make this successful there is a need to appoint a new individual to lead this division. This person will hold responsibility for the long-term successful performance of the business.
