Our client is a market leading international business specialising in technology solutions and services. As one of the most successful subsidiaries of a much larger group, the business is well funded and growing rapidly, domestically and internationally.

GLOBAL CLIENT SERVICES DIRECTOR – THE ROLE

The Global Client Services Director is an exciting senior management position within a market leading technology business. The incoming Global Client Services Director will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy relating to the company’s Customer Service, Field Service Operations and Supply Chain to support the Groups strategic growth ambitions for in Europe and beyond.

The teams are highly focused on repeatable, scalable, quality processes that allow any agent to plan work consistently, irrespective of the country or service/solution and to deliver a failure proof work-package to their partners.

Customer-centricity is at the core to our clients business, never compromising on quality, scalability or repeatability. Customer satisfaction feedback and its improvement will continue to be a core metric for the business.

KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

  • 5 – 10 years’ experience leading customer/ client service operations for a comparably sized technology solutions business with a sizeable field operations division
  • Demonstrable track record of strategy creation and implementation in relation to successfully scaling up international operations within a client centric business
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholders and suppliers
  • Be prepared to be “hands-on “with staff or partners in resolving any issues relating to field service operations, customer service and supply chain
  • Meet regularly with other senior members of staff to ensure targets are met in line with the business plan
