Along with maintaining stringent commercial practices in the execution of the programme of works, key responsibilities will include closing out head contract commercial legacy issues such as aged high-value Compensation Events; claims relating to the schedule of cost components; LD-related claims; along with a central role in the development of margin recovery plans.
