The Company & Opportunity  

Our client is a well established multi service legal practice based across Hampshire that works for regional and national clients. The practice works for businesses and individuals across a wide range of matters. The firm is having a very positive year and is keen to expand its Commercial Property offering, hence is looking to recruit a Partner to further drive growth of the function. This role provides an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Associate or junior Partner to work on a diverse workload of real estate work, supporting owners of the firm.

Experience & Traits Needed  

To be suitable for this role candidates will have:

• A notable level of commercial property legal experience – covering areas such as leasing, acquisitions, development and advisory – able to do the work and lead on client relationships 
• Likely to be at a Senior Associate or Partner level already 
• Ideally experience in line management or certainly an interest to recruit and oversee a team
• Excellent communication and IT skills
• Progressive, positive, out going and ambitious
