Interim Operations Manager

Our client provides a range of analytical testing services to clients across multiple industries. They are a global business with 50,000 employees, 800 laboratories across 50 countries working across food, environmental, pharmaceutical and cosmetics products testing.  It is also one of the global independent market leaders in certain testing and laboratory services for genomics, discovery pharmacology, forensics, advanced material sciences and for supporting clinical studies. In addition, they are one of the key emerging players in specialty clinical diagnostic testing in Europe and the USA.

They have an urgent requirement to recruit 3 experienced Interim Operations Managers to coordinate, prioritise and oversee the logistics and delivery of COVID-19 testing, as part of their COVID-19 testing laboratory.

These are critical roles to assist the business through the summer months and possibly beyond.

Experienced Operations Managers will be considered from large scale Laboratory, Manufacturing and Logistics backgrounds that are used to dealing with high volumes.

Exceptional day rates or fixed term contracts are available initially and this could lead to a permanent position at the end of the initial period for the right individual.
