Client & Requirement 

Our client is a leading Hampshire solicitors practice with a thriving commercial property division that works with clients throughout a broad range of areas. This growing firm is looking to recruit a high calibre commercial property Solicitor for their Portsmouth office, to help build and continue to develop their brand and relationships. They will come in at the Associate / Senior Associate level and will act as a Deputy Head of Department.  

Expertise Needed

To be suitable for this role candidates will have the following type of core objective expertise and knowledge: 

• Focused career within commercial property work – notable level of PQE
• Proven ability to fee earn £150,000 + per Annum of commercial property work 
• Ideally mixed commercial property technical expertise with some people management experience
• An energetic, enthusiastic, and ambitious individual.
