Our client is a fast and growth and highly successful Cheltenham based solicitors practice with national and international clients. It’s a business that has a very prominent and distinguished Corporate department that is recognised nationally.

Requirement

Due to expansion and growth the Corporate Team are looking for an ambitious and driven Associate Solicitor to work closely with the Partners on some really exciting projects. This will provide an excellent opportunity for support, mentoring and shadowing with some highly experienced Partners, and therefore a wonderful opportunity to progress one’s career towards partnership in the near future.

The Role – Associate Solicitor, Corporate Law

Providing corporate support across a range of transactional work acting on behalf of; owner managed businesses and SME’s In the areas of: 

– Sales/purchases or shares and/or assets

– Shareholders/Investment/Private Equity work

– Initial public offerings / AIM

– Advice on company law and practice to private and public companies, their directors and shareholders.
