EMCOR operates in almost every sector and for a diverse range of business structures by planning, installing, operating and maintaining a wide range of sophisticated systems.
Due to the growth of the Engineering, Infrastructure and Rail Services division Emcor had the need to appoint an experienced Interim Project Director, to strengthen the senior management team and play a key role in the successful delivery of one or more major projects in the South East.
Within two weeks of initiating the assignment, we successfully generated a high calibre shortlist through a variety of collaborative approaches, including the use of the leading executive recruitment advertising sites which have specialist interim sections, contacts from our extensive database of potential candidates and the utilisation of the industry leading jobsites. Four weeks from delivery of our shortlist, Emcor appointed an industry specialist who possessed all the appropriate operational and commercial expertise to run the high value projects.

CLP Envirogas, Interim Chief Financial Officer
CLP Envirogas Ltd, who are part of the Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund, is the UK's leading independent developer of landfill gas fuelled power generation projects. Since 1993 this company has developed and operated successful landfill gas projects throughout England and Scotland.
CLP have previously used Novo Executive Search for a number of retained assignments but needed to recruit a senior individual on a non retained basis.
CLP spoke to us in late June 2008 and asked us to source an Interim CFO with experience in the Energy sector.
