Aftermarket Manager - Power Systems (3 year contract)

Vostochnaya Technica is the official Caterpillar, Sullair and Metso Minerals dealer for Western and Eastern Siberia, Yakutia and the Northern part of Russian Far East.



Vostochnaya Technica represents the whole range of Caterpillar equipment. Caterpillar produces over 350 models and is the world's best known manufacturer of mine, quarry and construction equipment, as well as machines for road construction including bulldozers, pipelayers, wheel loaders, hydraulic excavators, dump-trucks, diesel and gas-fuel generator sets, and many others.



They now seek to strengthen the senior management team with an Aftermarket Manager for the Power Systems business, to ensure the continued growth and success of this key business unit. With full responsibility for achievement of Power Systems parts and service revenue, profitability targets and operational KPI`s. The Aftermarket Manager will have overall responsibility for this business unit covering 16 branches throughout Siberia and Russia.



The Requirements:

• You will have a technical engineering background in Power Systems (Ideally Caterpillar, but other manufacturers will be considered).
  
   


• You will have managed an Aftermarket business covering parts and service, through a branch network.
  
   


• You will be effective at relationship building with dealer principles as well as external and internal customers.
  
   


• Degree qualified in an engineering discipline (Or equivalent)
  
   

The ideal candidate will also have:

• Repair and overhaul knowledge of 3500/3600 series or above caterpillar engines
  
   


• Experience of working in Russia or will be able to speak some Russian
