Person Specification:

Bachelor and Master level degrees in: Business Studies, Economics, Computer studies or equivalent technical discipline involving the extensive use of technology.

Alternatively extensive sales and consulting delivery in the technology sector.

Proven leadership roles on large ticket bids (- revenues), including leading roles on solution architecture, competitive dialogue and commercial negotiation

Identification, development and closure of consulting deals ranging -.

Experience of developing new geographical territories from Greenfield.

Cross-industry experience including public sector (local and central government), oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, FMCG and manufacturing.

Significant multi-geography delivery and business development experience, including Europe, Middle East, Africa and North America

Extensive experience of establishing operational bases outside of the UK.

A sound knowledge of different software deployment methodologies with the ability to apply different methods to different situations.

P&L management up to .

Management of Director level personnel in multiple operational environments.

Line management accountability for up to 200 staff

Significant experience of executive level client engagement and relationship development, including CEO, CFO, COO and CIO.
