Our client is a leading distributor of capital construction equipment in the UK and internationally.

They now seek to strengthen their management team with a new Sales Manager to cover the south east region. You will be required to lead, motivate and develop the sales team to ensure individual members are able to deliver excellent customer service and achieve set targets.

You will also be required to develop key customer relationships by establishing and maintaining regular visits to continually improve customer loyalty.

You will have:

- A proven track record in capital construction equipment sales
- Leadership experience
- Experience of developing sales plans and budgets
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience in Customer facing situations with the ability to negotiate
