Our client is an international information solutions provider. The company leverages one of the largest sources of consumer and commercial data, along with advanced analytics and proprietary technology, to create customized insights that enrich both the performance of businesses and the lives of consumers.

The business has the key requirement to recruit a Sales Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

- Management of the performance of Sales Managers and personnel including motivating, developing and directing them to deliver superior performance.

- Maintainence and growth of the existing customer revenue through leading the sales force to up-sell and develop innovative client solutions.

- Driving the new business revenue growth and performance of a precise channel by building and managing the sales team to deliver its financial targets and business objectives.

- Leading all client channel engagements, negotiating the larger customer contracts, developing the go-to-market sales model and owning the sales budget.


Experience & Background Requirements:

- Preferably, knowledge and experience in the credit risk and/or data marketing space

- Proven track record in high volume B2B product sales

- Demonstrable experience of successfully managing field and telesales teams of 15 people+ i.e. "Strong People Management skills"

- A credible background of working in Director and executive roles that have involved a high level of involvement with managing and growing major customer accounts
