The company seeks to appoint an experienced rail sector individual from the contracting environment to take a lead on the development of projects and client relationships.

This leading consultancy provides expert advice on a wide range of transport-related engineering projects including roads, rail, bridges, tunnels and utility services. Their extensive experience includes planning, analysing, designing and managing projects for a wide range of service providers.


Role & Responsibilities:

Client relationship development and management

Development of new business within the rail engineering market in the UK and abroad

Leadership of teams of transportation/infrastructure engineering consultants, developing, advising, mentoring and coaching people

Involvement with an extensive array of projects across the rail sector


Experience Requirements:

Suitable candidates are likely to have extensive post graduation experience within the rail engineering contracting sector

Proven commercial and business development experience in the rail engineering marketplace

A qualified transportation/infrastructure engineer, ideally linked to relevant rail associations

Must be technically excellent in advising on transportation/Infrastructure engineering issues
