Henry Davidson Developments Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fiducia Group Ltd specializing in retail, roadside, healthcare, neighbourhood centres, leisure and a range of mixed use developments which incorporate examples such as residential dwellings, day nurseries, medical facilities, public houses, restaurants and community facilities.
Eden Park Developments Ltd is a property development company specialising in industrial and office premises for the institutional and owner occupier market.
In the particularly competitive and challenging property development marketplace Novo Executive Search and Selection has utilised its executive search capabilities to make a number of key appointments within the Group including

Halfen - Manufacturing
Halfen is a market leading manufacturer of engineered building fixing systems in the UK. The brand has significant market share and presence throughout Europe where the main head office is based. The bulk of the products are manufactured in Germany and modified in the UK to local specifications. Halfen is a wholly owned subsidiary of CRH Plc the well renowned Irish based building group.The challenges facing Halfen were to improve the overall sales capability within the business in order to build relationships and capitalise on all market opportunities. Historically the business had been very technically led which meant that the proactive management of sales processes had not been developed enough. The Managing Director retained Novo Executive Search and Selection to run an advertising campaign to recruit a Sales and Marketing Manager who could bring these skills to the board to aide growth and planning. Halfen do not have many competitors, and their main on Anson, sits within the CRH Group therefore there was limited mileage in head-hunting. Their executive search brief was to find someone from a building related product area who had managed sales teams selling to end users. This is what we did for them.
Faber Maunsell - Regional Director Appointments
Faber Maunsell is an international, award-winning multi-disciplinary consultancy, delivering a comprehensive range of building engineering, transportation and environmental services, through a network of over 30 office locations across the UK and Europe. Employing over 2,500 staff, the business’s revenue turnover is in excess of £139m.
Faber Maunsell has a wide-ranging international building engineering capability that includes innovative building services solutions within the areas of structural and civil engineering. Due to a series of significant project wins in the South West and South Wales and the need to strengthen leadership within the respective offices, Novo was retained to recruit a Regional Director, Structures for the Bristol office and a Regional Director, M&E for the Cardiff operation.
Novo Executive Search and Selection ran a two month targeted executive search of the building services market in this precise geographical area, which resulted in the successful recruitment for both senior level roles. Off the back of this work, Novo Executive Search and Selection has been awarded a series of further assignments which continue to result in successful appointments.
