A Bristol firm of solicitors had been looking for some time to strengthen their technology team at partner level. Novo Executive Search and Selection undertook a research project to identify those firms and individuals active in the specific part of the market of interest to our client. This report was presented and analysed in detail before the next step of the assignment was undertaken.
Individuals were then approached based on a series of priorities that included sector experience, technical knowledge, seniority and location.
The candidate and business case were unanimously accepted by the equity partners’ meeting.
