Catalina Marketing is the leading behaviour based marketing company in the retail sector with a global business covering the USA, Europe and Japan. The business in the UK is set to undergo a major transformation with the winning of a major new contract. Novo Executive Search and Selection were called in to utilise their executive search capability and marketing knowledge to find a new senior management team to ensure the contract is run profitably, retained and used as a reference site for future growth.
