Novo has a long history of successfully working with our business partner Hogrefe Ltd on psychometric profiling for candidates. Our Consultants are trained and accredited, in line with The British Psychological Society Guidelines, to run and interpret ‘Psychometric Profiling’.

Hogrefe Ltd is one of the UK's best known publishers and distributors of psychometric tests, testing software and training for those wishing to use tests. These services can be used to support CV presentations.

Once our services have been purchased you will receive a confirmation email detailing your payment, following this if you email cvprep@novoexec.com with your availability for a telephone conversation and best contact number to reach you on. We will then contact you to arrange a telephone appointment with one of our experienced consultants. A copy of your current CV would be a useful attachment to this email.

Making initial contact

Contact us via phone or email us (a copy of your current CV would also be beneficial during this consultation process) to discuss your requirements and career aspirations. We can even help you define your objectives, if you’re uncertain, by calling upon our wealth of recruitment experience. Following this initial discussion you will be allocated to a CV Consultant, your Consultant will then advise you as to how we'd approach creating your professional CV to help you achieve your objectives and discuss the timeframes involved. If you’re happy with our proposal we’ll make an appointment for your one-to-one telephone CV consultation.

Your CV consultation

During the consultation we’ll discover how best to sell you to employers. This will incorporate gaining an understanding your strengths, skills, achievements, successes, career and education. We know how to steer the discussion to capture the information needed in a supportive, friendly manner.

First Draft

A first draft of your new CV will be emailed across to you within a few days for your approval. If you require your new CV in a shorter timeframe, we will try to accommodate this; this will be dependant on our time constraints and may also include an extra charge. As soon as you are 100% happy with your CV, you’ll receive a copy of it via email to use as you require.
