The reference is summarised and included in the shortlist pack that clients receive for each candidate. It provides an additional insight into the candidates' management style and capability that is not always possible to uncover at interview. It also sheds further light on candidates' personal style, character and motivation.

Furthermore, we offer this stand-alone reference "product" independently of our search and select service. This is particularly valuable in cases where a client wants a rigorous, independent check of a potential candidate, who has not been introduced by Novo.

Their products and services are designed to help clients enhance their assessment activities by improving the quality of information on which such decisions are based.
