Environmental Policy
Novo Executive Search and Selection recognises that its business has an impact on the environment, principally through the use of energy and paper, and the recycling of office waste. Novo is committed to ensuring that this impact is reduced wherever possible. To satisfy this commitment, Novo seeks to ensure that the resources and materials used by our business are sustainable, are capable of being recycled and are used effectively with the minimum of waste.
Novo also seeks that where practicable, the company will utilise technologies, materials and processes which do not have an adverse impact on the environment. Where such impact is unavoidable, Novo will seek to ensure that it is minimised and that our suppliers and contractors have the same objectives.
The Board will, each year, consider the environmental performance of our business compared with targets as appropriate.
Novo also run environmental impact workshops for the staff, who are encouraged to consider how their actions in their daily lives impacts upon the environment.
