Consultants and New Business Executives

Your role is to win and deliver senior level recruitment assignments across the UK. With a desire to uncover and win new business opportunities you will be confident, credible and professional operating at board level across a range of organisations. No particular experience of a recruitment environment is necessary as full training and support will be provided.

Recruitment Directors and Senior Consultants

In addition to winning and delivering Senior Management and Board Level Appointments, you will lead, develop and grow teams of Consultants. You will be an experienced recruitment professional looking to join a progressive and fast growing company.


Human Resources Consultants

We are interested to speak with experienced HR Consultants who can bring skills to strengthen and possibly compliment our existing range of services. There is a genuine opportunity for candidates to develop and manage a divisional business with equity potential. Interested candidates will have had a track record of success in leading and developing HR consultancy solutions. Of particular interest are entrepreneurial and commercially orientated candidates who are motivated and driven by success within a professional and excellent working environment.

Researchers

Working with experienced executive recruitment consultants you will assist in the delivery of senior retained assignments by researching markets, identifying candidates, selling opportunities and helping Consultants to fill senior positions.
